About Delegate Adulting

My name is Charlie Kennedy, located on the Central Coast, NSW,
I am a 32 year old female, certified in Horse care, Business Administration, Small Business Management and am also a Social Support Carer.
I enjoy throwing any of my multiple hats on if it makes someones life easier.

Starting out at some of the best companies for customer service, training & business structures, including McDonalds & Walt Disney World I used what I had learnt and started with the family business as a business manager. This led me to enjoy taking some of the management tasks off my Father allowing him more time to focus on more important business & our family.
This then ventured to approaching other businesses to offer similar services such as website design and management, daily admin tasks, sheduling, sales, bookkeeping etc

As many of my clients are small businesses, it became a family relationship more than simply a business one, which led down the path of the business owners delegating some of the various adulting tasks in their lives.
One of these tasks, luckily for me was to assist with Horse Care and Instructing riding lessons which then led me to become certifited in horse care. This opportunity introduced me to Social Support work implementing the horses into the care for individuals is the most regarding job i have.

This is where i discovered my joy is in helping people make their lives easier and more enjoyable, in both their business and personal lives. Learning and gaining skills throughout my varied experiences has allowed me to have a variety of opportunities to offer many different services.
